Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders. w.e.f - 18th February 2025
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Request by emailing us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9354731987.
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.
5. Shipping: Return shipping cost to be born by customer, customer can either ship the product themselves after we have accepted the return request or we can initiate a return pickup from our end.
6. Exceptions:
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Gift cards
- Customized products
- Pre-draped sarees
- Jewellery
- Hair accessories
- Gift box
- Gift wrap
- Clearances sale
- Wall Plates
- Wall Baskets
- Wall Brooms
- Paintings
1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Taana Bana's quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Taana Bana team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order with an unboxing video. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
Exchange Policy:
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Request by emailing us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9354731987.
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. plus the exchange amount will be deducted with to and fro shipping cost of the products. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
- If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
- if exchanging for a different style or color, a replacement will be provided by deducting the to and fro shipping charges.
- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

- The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it.
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Write to us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
International Orders:
• Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at taanabanastudio@gmail.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit notes or a refund for the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent.
