The entire sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable.
All apparel products are handmade and curated with utmost care and can be returned or exchanged with a bigger or a smaller size only once on the website. However, since these products are made with love and care, they are not eligible for a refund.
All Handmade products like Keychains, Necklaces, Bags and other accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange. Since these products are made on order hence not eligible for refund or exchange.
POLICY FOR EXCHANGE/ REFUND AT TAANA BANA
- We do only size exchange once for all garment orders (products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging),It needs to be informed to us within 48 hours of the delivery & items once sold are not taken back. However, we do issue a credit note for our customers, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
- We will issue a credit note with 60 days validity against the returned/Unavailable item(s), which can be used for your future purchases. The credit code will be emailed to you which you can apply at the time of checkout on your next purchase.
- Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
- Foe creating an exchange request write to us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com with your order number, contact number, address and the size required in exchange.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
- If you want to Return the product then you can generate the return request by writing to us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com with your order number, and reason for return or call us at 9354731987 strictly within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return amount will be equal to the amount of the returned product minus the shipping cost of reverse pickup charges.
- Once we get the request we will verify the return request and please ensure that products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
- We don’t provide refund hence you will be issued a store credit after the product is checked and approved.
- Store credit is valid up to 60 days from the date of issuance.
- Customer satisfaction and quality delivery is our moto hence we undergo various levels of quality check before shipping out the product. However, if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product, please write to us at taanabanastudio@gmail.com with the order number and the picture of the defect strictly within 24 hours of the delivery.
- It will then be reviewed by our team for approval and then a pickup request will be generated. After the product is delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece or provide you a store credit in the case on non-availability of the product.
- There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.
